Ben Carson Says Trump SAVED HIS LIFE After COVID Diagnosis

( Respected neurosurgeon and current Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Ben Carson thanked President Donald Trump this week, saying he had saved his life after being diagnosed with the Chinese coronavirus. He described how he became extremely ill after he and his wife both contracted the disease, but that the president cleared him for antibody therapy.

“I became desperately ill,” he said. “President Trump was following my condition and cleared me for the monoclonal antibody therapy that he had previously received, which I am convinced saved my life.”

Oh…is that the antibody therapy the media kept saying Trump was wrong to promote as a possible cure or treatment for the virus?

“President Trump, the fabulous White House medical team and the phenomenal doctors at Walter Reed have been paying very close attention to my health and I do believe I am out of the woods at this point,” he told followers on Facebook. “I am hopeful that we can stop playing politics with medicine and instead combine our efforts and goodwill for the good of all people.”

Isn’t that exactly the kind of respectful thing you’d expect to hear from Ben Carson?

The former presidential candidate says that he is “blessed” to have the best medical care in the world, but said he was committed to prioritizing the same treatments to everybody else in America “as soon as possible.”

Carson said that there are many promising treatments that still need to be tested, approved, and distributed so that the country can return to normal.

“Also, people should recognize that there are a number of defined steps that legally have to be taken before vaccines are released to the public and trying to cause alarm by saying dangerous shortcuts were taken only serves to stoke fear,” he added.

In October, President Donald Trump contracted the Chinese coronavirus and was given the experimental antibody cocktail produced by Regeneron. He recovered within a matter of days, shocking the world with his speedy recovery, and also credited the drug with saving his life.

This week, the Food and Drug Administration granted emergency use approval to the Regeneron antibody cocktail that treated the president, meaning people across the United States will be able to use the drug to treat severe COVID symptoms.

President Donald Trump also promised that the drug would be made available for free.
