REPORT: Shots Might Have Been Fired at Trump Supporters in Los Angeles

( Reports from local media outlets in Los Angeles suggest that shots might have been fired at Trump supporters in Woodland Hills. On Sunday morning, officers from the Los Angeles Police Department responded to reports that shots had been fired at a caravan of Trump supporters entering the area.

Emily Valdez, a reporter from KNX Radio, said the suspect was understood to be barricaded in an apartment.

“Breaking: SWAT Called out in Woodland Hills after someone from an apartment on #VenturaBoulevard shoots at pro-Trump caravan of cars,” she wrote.

“Tire on vehicle was shot out. No injuries. Suspect barricaded in apartment, per LAPD,” she added.

In a later tweet, Valdez said that the reported were not confirmed. However, given the huge amount of violence going on in major American cities – mostly Democrat cities – it wouldn’t come as much of a surprise.

KTLA reported that a woman drove past the Trump car caravan on Ventura Boulevard and heard gunshots at 11:30 a.m. The woman then noticed that her tire went flat after being damaged by some kind of projectile – possibly a bullet. As of 3:30 p.m. the suspects were still barricaded in the apartment, meaning the SWAT team was called in.

“Officer Will Cooper of the Los Angeles Police Department said officials received a report that a man was firing at a caravan as it traveled along Ventura Boulevard near Chalk Hill shortly before 11:30 a.m.,” the Los Angeles Times said.

Initially, the incident was described as a person throwing bottles at vehicles and brandishing a gun, but it was later changed to include shots being fired. The Los Angeles Police Department reportedly took a photograph of a man on a balcony in an apartment block on Ventura Boulevard holding a rifle.
