Trump DESTROYS Biden’s Pennsylvania Lead, Narrows To 1.1%

( President Donald Trump has slashed Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden’s lead in Pennsylvania, with a new Trafalgar Group/Restoration PAC showing the candidates statistically tied.

In the new survey released on Monday, data shows Biden and Trump neck-and-neck in the battleground swing state just two weeks away from the presidential election.

1,041 likely voters were asked who they planned on voting for, between October 13 and 15. The poll is significant as it asks likely voters how they intend to vote, and not just registered voters. This tactic is used in most Trafalgar Group polls and resulted in the organization producing some of the most accurate polls just before the 2016 election.

The survey found that 47.5% of respondents were supporting Joe Biden, and 46.4% supporting President Donald Trump. The difference lies within the +/- 2.96% margin of error, meaning that the president and former vice president are technically tied.

The so-called “Shy Trump” vote, however, is not accounted for in this poll. In 2016, polls could not account for the sheer number of people who did not respond to pollsters or who were too afraid to admit that they were planning to vote for Donald Trump. This effect could well play a role in the 2020 election and could help in deciding the results of this key swing state.

The poll also began before a new bombshell report was published by the New York Post alleging that Joe Biden lied when he said he was unaware of his son’s business dealings in Ukraine. Emails that were legally obtained by the New York Post, which appear to be between Hunter Biden and an executive from Ukrainian gas company Burisma, appear to suggest that Joe Biden was aware of the dealings. The emails also suggest the then-vice president could have attended a meeting with Burisma executives.

“The poll included only one day of the existence of explosive new emails showing Hunter Biden cashing in big from foreign sources during his father’s tenure as Vice President,” a press release revealed.

“It looks like the race is essentially tied across the important upper Midwestern swing state,” Restoration PAC President Doug Truax announced. “We believe President Trump has the stronger message down the stretch that will tip the balance his way.”

Trafalgar Group was hired by the conservative super PAC to perform surveys in the important swing states of Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania in the final weeks and days of the race.
